The USA Professional KARATE STUDIO first opened its doors in the Squirrel Hill area of Pittsburgh in March of 1981.  Since then, thousands of people have experienced the many benefits of Karate, such as improved health, increased self-confidence and mental discipline.   You will find the USA Professional KARATE STUDIO to be a very unique institution.  Our professional training program includes many different  Martial Arts and Karate and Kickboxing styles combined with American Boxing and American know-how to produce an exciting and effective method of self-defense.      USA Professional KARATE STUDIO is a "Black Belt school." Our goal for every student is to help him or her earn their Black Belt not only in the Martial Arts, but also in life. By working toward this goal we create an environment in which the student develops confidence through accomplishing high, but realistic and attainable goals.      Mr. George Mowod and staff are committed to helping people achieve strength of mind, body and spirit.
