and the Pittsburgh community since 1981. 
Our programs include Karate & Kickboxing for self-defense
as well as Aerobic Kickboxing for fun and fitness.
  In addition to our regular programs, we offer exciting
 Samurai Karate Birthday Parties,
a 6 Week Summer Program , Summer Day Camp
and we also have a "Tigers" class for 4 and 5 year olds!
