When is Kickboxing Dangerous?

Answer:    When an untrained, non-martial artist, aerobics instructor-type tries to teach it!
   Taught correctly, kickboxing can be very safe.  At our facility, all of our instructors are trained in the martial arts and understand proper Kickboxing techniques.
So it's safe, and it's fun!

                          Aerobic Kickboxing

  • You wear regular workout clothes.
  • No experience necessary
  • No physical contact
  • Burn up to 800 calories per hour!       (According to Muscle & Fitness Magazine)

     Let's face it, getting in shape is a fight. But with our Aerobic Kickboxing program, you'll be a winner.Though we don't actually spar, we do everything a top kickboxer does to get into championship shape.
     Kicking is great for the abs, legs, buns, and back. Punching is great for the chest, arms, and shoulders. The class includes punching, kicking, elbows and knees as well as warm-up exercises, stretching, and a floor routine that incorporates Yoga, Pilate's and Tai Chi.
     It's the perfect full-body workout to music that Tones Muscles, Burns Calories, Builds Cardio-Respiratory Endurance, Relieves Stress and it's fun!
